Previously, Mr. Noon served as President of Mr Rogers Windows, a premium specialty building services contractor and President of IBMD, LLC. a training, management and consulting company for the Med Spa industry. Prior to IBMD, Mr. Noon was one of the founders of Sona Med Spas and its franchise operations and served Sona as Chief Operating and Financial Officer and after its sale in May 2004 as Special Projects and Strategy Officer. He was instrumental with the entry of Sona into franchising, its rapid growth to become the premier Med Spa franchise in the country, the sale of Sona, and the development of a hosted and integrated enterprise system for Sona and its franchisees which was awarded a Pinnacle Award by Microsoft in 2006. Prior to Sona, Tom was Chief Financial Officer of Jubilee Technology, Inc. a venture funded technology services company. Prior to Jubilee Tech, Tom was President and Founder of BizInet, Inc. an Internet commerce site linking international businesses. BizInet was founded under Asia Pacific Media Corporation (APMC), a venture capital firm managed by Tom at the time. The investors of APMC included the Christian Broadcast Network (CBN). Prior to this, for ten years Tom was Chief Financial Officer for Oster Communications, Inc., a financial publishing company in the financial services industry with newsletters, magazine and electronic publishing products. Tom was also Chief Operating Officer of Overland Sheepskin Company, a specialty retailer, and Vice President of Finance for Ardan, Inc., a national retailer. Tom also was a founding principal in Prisma Technologies Corp. whose principal product, Yourway, was sold to Borland Software Company and became Sidekick for Windows. Tom began his career as a practicing CPA with the international CPA firm of Coopers and Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. He advanced to Manager while serving numerous clients in both tax and audit engagements.
